This seminar series is designed to teach and educate anyone the rules, regulations and know how of investing in Bali. Partnering wiht local law firms this seminar will look at the different industries that are open to foreigners, look at the different types of business structures open to foreigners and talk about the many traps of operating in Indonesia as a foreigner.


Who are these seminars for?

If you are thinking of investing in a business or even starting your own business in Indonesia then this seminar is for you.


The seminar is spread over 2 days with day 1 covering: the negative investment list, company formation, business licences, real estate, local authorities and relocating to Indonesia.


Day 2 will cover: Understanding workers rights, understanding business taxation laws, health care and social security, government corruption, local criminal gangs as well as a 1 hour session with a local lawyer to get your business processes started.


We work with reputable lawyers and agents who can be trusted and will only tell you what is best for your business.


Tickets are limited to 10 people per seminar and you are able to do either 1 or both days. We recommend that you attend both days but either way we are happy just to help educate and provide some new information to you.
